Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in data mapping, database analysis, or data integration. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Hands-on knowledge of the Spear system, including database structure and data formats. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications: Local to Brooklyn, NY, and able to support onsite work (hybrid schedule). Experience supporting federal or enterprise-level IT projects. Training or certifications in database management, data integration, or related areas. Installation Services Technician Location: California The Installation Service Technician is responsible for assisting in installing products at our clients sites. Field Installation Technicans will be working with a DGI employee at a client site and may include traveling with the DGI employee to the client site. The Field Install Service Tech will require travel, frequently overnight (DGI will pay for lodging and per diem). We are looking for Technicians based out of Redding CA or it's surrounding areas. Qualifications: Experience leading teams Must be at least 18 years old. High school classes in general shop, welding, mechanical drawing, blueprint reading, physics and mathematics are preferred. Prior installation or construction experience recommended. Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace which is English. Proficient with computer systems such as Microsoft Office, word processing, email, usage of the internet, etc. Installation Services Technicians must be able to concentrate on their tasks with high attention to detail. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems.
