MW4H is looking for a certified structural stick welder ASAP in Mediapolis, IA for 2-weeks+. MUST have welding certs. Work will include, but not be limited to, adding on a new gym and classrooms which are constructed out of precast and steel, etc. Must have all welding gear and PPE, including harness and lanyard. Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork.
