Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Department: Operations / Facilities Location: Oxford Commons Job Summary: The Maintenance and Facilities Tech is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role works with the maintenance team and coordinates preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment across the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on person with strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. --- Key Responsibilities: · Leadership & Supervision: o Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, custodians, and external contractors. o Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. o Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintenance staff.
