Job Responsibilities and Qualifications: *Good driving record with a 3 year history required. *Clean background with the ability to get a badge at the Military Base. *Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping with an eye for detail. *Strong supervisory skills with a background in leading teams. Ability to work well with others. *Knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and horticulture practices *Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and maintenance standards *Turf/Fertilization experience, familiarity with irrigation systems, and groundskeeping techniques preferred.
