Mid-Senior Level Remodeler/Carpenter (Cranston)

Responsibilities: - Lead and execute a variety of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, specializing in areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Perform skilled tasks including: - Carpentry (rough and finish) - Some Drywall installation and repair - Some Painting (interior and exterior) - Flooring installation (tile, wood, etc.) - Cabinet and countertop installation - Minor plumbing and electrical (replacing fixtures, etc.) - Demolition and site preparation - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored remodeling solutions. - Coordinate with other team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10-12 years of demonstrable experience in residential remodeling. - Proficiency in a wide range of remodeling skills, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and tiling. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. - Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members. - Reliable transportation and your own basic tools; including table saw and chop saw. - A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
