Construction Superintendent Job Summary MUST SEND AN UPDATED RESUME WITH VALID REFERENCES To provide on-site coordination for all phases of residential and commercial construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials and equipment, and ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed; work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow or Associate degree in Construction Management, or related field, or a minimum of 5 8 years of progressive responsibility and experience managing mid- to large-sized commercial construction projects; or the equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position. Use of construction software such as Bluebeam, electronic payroll and mobile technologies are required in this position. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as construction plans, safety rules, operating and maintaining instructions and procedure manuals.
