Expectations are to provide on-site supervisory and technical management of high-end residential projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate / perform duties at the highest standards are expected. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and maintain a schedule. Finish carpentry with door hanging experience is a preferred.
