LOCAL CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FIRM that specializes in government, commercial and private site development; earth-moving/excavation & grading as well as underground utilities projects. Currently hiring qualified and serious career-oriented professionals that possess the following skills and mature character. TRUCK DRIVER (CLASS A) CDL: • Operate Dump Truck & Trailer • Operate Water Truck, tanker endorsement required • Load and Haul Equipment • Should have some experience in the operating of heavy earth-moving equipment and/or willing to learn • Able to take instruction and initiate the plan • Able to work alone • Able to work as a team and help wherever needed • Must have general knowledge of civil construction • Willing and able to do physical labor • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance • Accurately maintain daily driver logbook, pre-check, and post-check of all vehicles • Some mechanic background, willing and able to work on equipment if necessary REQUIREMENTS: • Commitment to the company’s vision and your career • Must conduct self in a highly professional manner • Must be in very good physical health and able to lift 70+ lbs. • All positions above must have a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and reliable daily transportation • Travel and/or out of town stays at times may be required.
