HVAC Installer (Niles) Experience Needed

HVAC Installer Needed ASAP (Niles) compensation: DOE (experience is a must) employment type: full-time We are a Chicago based HVAC company looking for an outstanding Lead HVAC Installer that is a cut above the norm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. ● Operate refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges ● Must be able to install residential systems according to manufactures specifications ● Must have experience running replacement and new construction projects ● Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical schematics as related to HVAC equipment and components ● Must have a working knowledge of hydronic systems ● Must be able to braze and soft-solder copper tubing, fittings, valves and other components ● Safely work with high-voltage wiring and components ● Be able to cut, bend, crimp sheet metal, install air ducts and associated sheet metal components ● Attend classes and seminars on HVAC components and system design to update skills ● Responsible for accurate and timely paperwork related to essential duties and responsibilities ● Performs other routine duties Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE ● 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
