Male Dorms 8. Maintenance/Warehouse/Glazing • Please pay close attention to the cafeteria and culinary arts department. We need special treatment for these areas to ensure that activities does not escalate. • Areas targeting, ants, bed bugs, spiders, mice and roaches • Two (2) times per month Roach Treatment (Special treatment towards drainage in all kitchens on the premises common areas; especially in the main kitchen and dorm kitchens. • Monthly “No Tent” Termite Treatment on front entrance security station. • Placement of exterior rodent traps around all Center Buildings to be checked monthly. • Two (2) times per year Bee/Wasp Treatment/Control (Spring and Fall) On-call service for the following (list treatment cost) 1. Bed bug search and treatment 2. Mosquito control spray/treatment 3. Vendor will submit a consolidated summary invoice as a monthly billing for all repairs and parts during the billing period.
