What We Offer
Paid Training Program (9–12 weeks, $550–$700/week)

What You’ll Do
Provide daily care and training for client dogs (2–3 at a time once certified)
Work with your own dogs plus client dogs - max 8 total in your home
Practice hands on obedience, leash work, e-collar training, and behavior modification
Send client updates, videos, and texts
Train both dogs and their owners so results last long-term
What We’re Looking For
A passion for working with dogs (owning/being raised with dogs is a must)
Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Reliable, flexible, and coachable
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for transporting dogs
Willingness to house dogs in your home (indoor + backyard space required)
Strong communicator — you’ll be texting and updating clients daily
Compensation Path
Training Period (9–12 weeks): $700/week
After Certification: $750–$950/week (with 2 dogs)
With 3 dogs: $1,050–$1,350/week
Additional boarding pay per night/dog
Annual potential: $44,200 – $62,400+
