Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to architect and build modern, responsive web applications that serve as the customer-facing component of our AI-native insurance agency platform. You'll create intuitive interfaces that leverage our AI capabilities to simplify complex insurance processes for agents and policyholders alike. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to scale operational effectiveness in our high-growth environment. What You'll Do Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI-driven features (e.g., autocomplete, summarization, natural language queries) directly into the front end. Leverage tools like  Spring AI to orchestrate client-agent interactions within enterprise workflows Utilize agent-based IDEs (e.g. Cursor) to accelerate front-end and full-stack development workflows, achieving significant gains in development velocity and reducing time-to-deploy for GenAI features Design and develop intuitive, high-performance enterprise web applications using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and related technologies Implement robust testing strategies including component, integration, and end-to-end tests using Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library Build responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to transform requirements into exceptional user experiences Design scalable frontend architecture with modular components and minimal technical debt Optimize application performance including load times, rendering efficiency, and overall user experience Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using Git, GitHub Actions, or similar tools Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and industry standards Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience building web applications with React and related technologies Extensive experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Strong command of HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS Comfort working with streaming and real-time AI outputs (e.g., token-level updates, WebSockets, server-sent events). We are looking for an entry level paint and powder coat prepper to support our operations. This is not a paint or leadership position. This is a full-time position at a static facility in Rancho Cordova (95741), no traveling, and no working from home. Must be able to work alone and in tandem with others Monday-Friday (we work four ten-hour days with OT on Fridays). Must be able to lift, squat, and spend most of the work period standing or moving. Must take pride in their work and be able to follow instructions, continuing to work as directed without shortcuts. Must utilize good time management, having the capacity to grow and learn to forecast the next steps required in support of production. Must have reliable transportation and maintain regular attendance. No previous experience necessary, on the job training will be provided. This is a day shift, 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, with OT being a common occurrence on Friday's. Symmetrio is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers to support a major enterprise network transformation initiative for our customer, a large government organization. This role centers on the implementation of Juniper MX960 routers and the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This role will involve leading high-impact cutovers and migrations in a production environment, contributing to both hands-on implementation and network architecture design across a multi-overlay fabric. This is a hybrid position based out of Philadelphia, salary is in the 110-150k range. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-scale Juniper router migrations (MX960 platform). Design and validate EVPN/VXLAN architectures with multiple overlays to ensure scalability, performance, and redundancy. Collaborate closely with the customer’s Network Engineering team to achieve seamless integration with minimal disruption during migrations. Configure, test, and deploy Junos OS across MX and EX platforms in production environments. Provide expert-level guidance on the migration from MC-LAG to EVPN, including design validation, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, cutover strategies, and post-migration processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Juniper routing, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols. Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical events. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or large data center environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper MX and EX platforms. Strong knowledge of core routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF. Proficiency with Junos OS configuration and troubleshooting in production environments. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale router replacement or network migration projects. Familiarity with EVPN design, deployment, and operations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
