This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and delivering a professional, client-focused experience throughout each stage of the renovation process. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support. Coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate project efficiency. Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, project updates, and documentation. Support project scheduling, follow-ups, and progress tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
