Description

Work with adults with developmental disabilities. We’re looking for individuals to go to clients' homes and teach basic learning skills. No experience required - we will train you. Part-time hours are flexible, Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm. Part time or full time positions available. We have clients available throughout San Diego County! Help special needs adults increase their skills in: academics, communication skills, self-care, recreational/leisure, and more!... no toiletting or feeding of clients will be required! Skills and Qualifications: - High-school graduate - Valid CA drivers' license and car insurance (driving is required) - Must be energetic, outgoing, and compassionate - Always treating our clients with dignity and respect - Self-starters, able to work with minimal supervision - Outstanding organizational skills - Excellent oral and written communication - Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email) - Must pass LifeScan background screening - Must have proof of eligibility to work in the USA Experience preferred, but not required.
