New elevated concept within a historic hotel is looking for a strong PM Line Cook and a Lead Line Cook or Jr. Sous Chef to join the team. We offer FREE PARKING while on your shift in a secured garage (just next door)!! PM Line Cook - minimum 3 years experience preferred. Looking for 4-5 nights, with a shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00pm. Open Availability requested, and banquet experience a plus! Lead Line Cook/Jr. Sous Chef - F/T: I'm looking for a strong, capable and reliable candidate that can handle some light ordering (produce/fish orders) as well as line cooking and expediting as needed. Open Availability is required as this job may require some days and some nights. There is opportunity for some creativity in this role, as the menu is 100% in our hands.
