Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community. This live-onsite position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning property environment. Compensation The one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit being offered has a current market value of $1,895/month. As compensation for the position, the owner is providing a $895 monthly rent discount, reducing the manager’s portion to $1000/month. This position is designed for a light workload of approximately 12 hours per week, primarily focused on ensuring the building (21 units) runs smoothly and at optimal capacity.
