Must have good measuring skills, the ability to set-up new jobs and read prints. Experience milling titanium and composites is a plus. Qualifications: - Experienced in using carrier shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and DHL Easy Ship to process, track, and manage shipments. - High School diploma or equivalent, or GED - Knowledge of basic computer skills required. - The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. Using hand tools, and power tools to ensure smooth surfaces. Assembling finished parts as needed Responsibilities ~ Grind, sand and polish production parts according to customer specifications ~ Ensures quality production through physical inspection. ~ Inspect parts for flaws and cracks. ~ Will frequently and repetitively be able to lift 50 lbs. ~ Maintains high level of accuracy, efficiency and safety, ensure quality standards and policy objectives are met by in-process inspection. ~ Experience with basic inspection equipment and small tools (calipers, grinders, measuring tape, etc.) ~ Ability to work overtime as needed to meet schedule requirements. ~ Willingness to follow instruction and help wherever needed in the shop. ~ Be self motivated, positive team-oriented attitude. ~ Must maintain a clean and safe working environment Employee is regularly exposed to vibration, moderate noise levels.
