What You’ll Do: Welcome and connect with clients to create a personalized, luxury experience. Serve as a positive, knowledgeable brand ambassador. Assist with packing, personalization, POS operations, and inventory restocking. Maintain a clean, organized sales environment. Foster long-term customer relationships through effective follow-up. Collaborate with team members to meet shared sales and service goals. Support inventory management and special projects as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Required: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or hospitality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, team-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment. Authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred: Experience with POS systems & Google Mail.
