Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs. Coordinate site preparation, form setting, pouring, finishing, curing, and jointing. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. Maintain communication with general contractors, homeowners, and inspectors. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards on all job sites. Resolve on-site issues and adapt schedules to weather, material, or design changes.
