We are seeking an experienced line cook to work in Balboa Park at Panama 66. please read the whole ad before applying. **You MUST be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 5 shifts per week, full time. The days off are Wednesday and Thursday. We guarantee that you will not make less than $26 an hour with tips (our cooks average $27-29 an hour) and you will likely make MORE on busy days. If you have the experience we are looking for we will pay you $20 an hour. Tips are on average another $7-8+ an hour. Most of our cooks are bringing in $27-29 an hour.  Becoming familiar with all new menu items and procedures Performing duties in other areas of the kitchen as required Maintaining and properly using all kitchen equipment including but not exclusive to fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers Supporting the Team whenever needed (e.g, call-outs, catering, etc.) Assisting with the deep cleaning schedule Requirements include: Minimum of 3 years’ restaurant industry experience working on the line
