Rusty Nail, a popular local neighborhood bar in Ditmas Park is looking for an experienced Bartender who is motivated, professional, personable and down to earth.Must be able to fly solo on a bar shift including setting up and breaking down of the bar while handling volume. You are able to effortlessly take control of a high volume bar, thriving in a fast-paced setting while keeping your cool. You have great energy with a casual vibe, enjoying building relationships with local patrons and growing a customer base. You appreciate being part of a tight crew and a neighborhood go-to bar, celebrating diversity and embracing inclusivity for all. You have a strong passion and understanding of craft beers, whiskies and classic cocktails. Strong cocktail making skills. You think quickly, but sensibly on your feet and are very comfortable using a POS system. You are a multitasker and a bit OCD with cleanliness and tidiness. You are an experienced bartender that is in control of a bar ensuring your guests are safe and having a good time. You can effortlessly keep your cool and take control of a high volume bar, thriving in a fast paced setting and can handle curve balls thrown your way without missing a beat. You can handle working solo open to close, being part of a tight, lean crew in this neighborhood go to bar.
