Coordinate with designers, production staff, and installers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors when needed. Handle permitting, scheduling, and logistics for projects across New York. Provide quality control at every stage of production and installation. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within a print shop, sign shop, or event agency. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Familiarity with signage materials, production processes, and installation methods. Ability to manage tight deadlines and rush orders. Graphic design skills are a plus.

Requirements Experience 2–4 years managing Meta advertising for eCommerce (1+ year in growth marketing). Proven success scaling DTC brands and enhancing key metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin). Experience in financial modeling based on eCommerce unit economics. Skilled in creative strategy and offer development, utilizing insights for profitable growth. Technical Skills Expert in Meta Ads Manager (campaign structures, optimization, cost control). Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling. Familiarity with landing page builders (Fermat preferred). Knowledge of attribution tools and analytics platforms. Understanding A/B testing design and statistical significance. Strategic & Interpersonal Abilities Strong financial acumen; able to analyze P&L statements and unit economics. Experience in developing growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Aloha! We are a medium sized commercial print shop who needs some additional help. Shirts, apparel, decals, banners, tents and signage we do (almost) it all. Acquire a wide range of skills and knowledge all in one place, with a fun crew! Responsibilities will include: - Assisting with production on our new DTF production line. DTF transfers are full color heat applied / iron on graphics that we print for customers and ship out. You'll be loading files onto the computer, organizing orders, overseeing operation of the printer and prepping orders to ship if needed. - Printing shirts via heat transfer presses. You'll be loading shirts, placing transfers on them and assuring that the prints are straight and the designs are correct. - Organizing incoming shipments. This includes counting, sorting and labelling you incoming shirt orders. As a high volume shop, with a small team, we are looking to add a couple of high caliber workers. The following are requirements: -Organizational skills - counting in orders, keeping track of things and finding efficient ways to approach jobs -Ability to learn quickly, as you go. You will be put on jobs your first day regardless of experience. -Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Someone who shows up to work ready to work. -Positive attitude - we have lots to do and not enough time, but we like to do it with a good attitude and humor. -Able to prioritize and juggle multiple orders/jobs at any given time. -Able to follow both verbal and written directions well. -Can work independently as well as with a team. -DEPENDABILITY, as a small team and small company we rely on each other a lot. If you can not dependably come into work on time please do not apply. -Can lift and move 50lbs up to 100 ft, shirt boxes can get pretty heavy The following are NOT required but preferred. This is a PRODUCTION position and not a design position. Print shop experience of any kind. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop experience - this is GREAT to have but we want to stress that this is NOT a design position. Work hours would be on weekdays between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Weekends or extended hours are a possibility after on the job training.
