Petoskey's is looking for a very friendly bartender/server who really cares about good customer service and cultivating good relationships with regulars. You must have some bartending experience and can provide fast and friendly service during our very busy and sometimes chaotic sporting events. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and is not too cool for school. We are the home of the Minnesota Vikings Fanmily, and are also very busy and popular with the Detroit Lions fan base. We are part of the Seattle Kraken Anchor Alliance and are the official sponsor for the Sound of Hockey podcast. We can get pretty busy for trivia, Wing Wednesdays, and other major sporting events. We are also a popular destination for good food and a nice selection of beers. You must be proficient in cash handling, making tasty drinks in a timely fashion, have a sense of urgency about getting the food and drinks to the customers as fast as you can, and be friendly and enjoy working behind the bar and serving customers. Petoskey's is a chill Midwest oriented sports bar with all sports (Seahawks, Kraken, Mariners, Sounders, etc.) and a very welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. We have a very awesome staff with great people and are looking to add to the team. Not sure of the hours yet, but part time at the moment. Weekday Day shifts are slower, but still active.
