Hello! We're offering our large, 1.5 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment on the top floor in a small building in Cobble Hill from the end of December through the first week of February while we travel. We are open to shorter stays, but will give preference to someone who's interested in the full amount of time, or close to it. The apartment is a sun-drenched, very large (by NYC standards) true one-bedroom with a large loft that could function as a second bedroom with it's own half-bath. The main bedroom has a spacious balcony that overlooks a series of lovely backyards filled with trees, flowers and birds. The space is extremely quiet at night, comes with everything you'd expect from a Brooklyn apartment (plants! nice kitchen gear! books! a piano! bluetooth-synced colored lighting!), has laundry in the building, and quiet, mature neighbors. The neighborhood is charming, lovely and chill, with tons of restaurants and shops. We're less than a block away from the F train, and a ten minute walk from both Borough Hall and Jay Street stations, which together have virtually every subway connection you could ask for.
