We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our skilled team in Dwight, IL, keeping our fleet of semi tractors, open deck trailers, dry vans, and reefers in top shape. What You’ll Do: ▪️Perform routine maintenance like PMs, oil changes, and greasing. ▪️Handle tire services and CSA/DOT inspections. ▪️Diagnose and repair key systems: electrical, air, HVAC, coolant, steering/suspension, and drivetrain. ▪️Tackle wheel end repairs, light welding, and engine tune-ups. ▪️Keep the shop organized and equipment in good working order. ▪️Complete work orders with clear details on parts and labor. ▪️Work safely and pitch in on team tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For: ▪️2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic. ▪️Solid troubleshooting and repair skills-expertise in every area isn’t required, just a willingness to learn and grow. ▪️A team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality. ▪️Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Why Join Us?
