We are a Mexican restaurant looking for professional, friendly host to join tour team with the clear pathway to become a Server. Growth-minded candidates who deliver excellent hospitality, have at least one year of restaurant experience, and can commit to 3-4 shifts per week schedule (including Monday and weekends) are encouraged to apply. Server Job Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner - Knowledge of wine, beverage and food pairings - Anticipate guests needs - Communicate effectively - Team player - Passion for hospitality and creating a memorable experience for guests Host Job Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. - Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service. - Provide clean menus and inform guests about daily specials. - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area including resetting tables quickly, assisting in bussing, running food and beverages, polishing silverware and glassware. - Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow with clear communication - Other duties as assigned, not limited to assisting with takeout orders, answering phone calls, and will be crossed trained to be supporting service staff as needed. - This entry-level position offers the opportunity for growth, potentially leading to a server position. Shift Availability: We are looking for candidates who can cover a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week, Monday-Saturday with some AM & PM availability. **Please note that shift times are subject to change based on the needs of the restaurant** Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & flexible to last minute changes. - 1 year previous experience in a mid to find dining restaurant setting is a plus. - Must be at least 18 years old.
