Our client, a global payment and reward fulfillment company is seeking a temporary IT Helpdesk Technician. In this role you would be reporting to the VP of Information Technology 4 days remote 1 day onsite (preferred) Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) 12 weeks temporary $37.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support to end users, ensuring efficient IT operations. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing the help desk ticketing system, and supporting employees with technology-related needs. Additionally, this role will create and maintain IT documentation, build and configure workstations for new hires, and assist with hardware deployments and troubleshooting. This role reports directly to our VP of Information Technology and works closely with the System Administrator and other IT team members.
