Guardian International Solutions, Inc. is looking for Unarmed Security Officers to help deter theft, safeguard assets, and create a safe environment for customers and employees alike in Oakland and San Francisco. 🔒 Requirements Mandatory Certifications: ✔ Valid BSIS Guard Card Preferred (but not required): ➕ OC/Pepper Spray Certification ➕ Baton Permit ➕ Taser Qualification Experience: ✅ 6 months to 1 year of private security or loss prevention experience preferred ✅ Military, law enforcement, or customer-facing roles a plus 💼 What You’ll Do Monitor sales floors and entry/exit points Identify and report suspicious behaviors Deter shoplifting through presence and observation Partner with store staff to manage incidents professionally Write clear, accurate reports of all incidents and observations Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures 💰 Pay & Perks Competitive starting pay: $20.00–$23.50/hr Flexible scheduling Opportunities for raises based on attendance and performance Ongoing training & advancement within GIS Consistent assignments with reputable retail partners 📩 Apply Today!
