SharePark Glenview Apartments is seeking a dependable, experienced Onsite Manager to join our team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with a background in property management and general maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth daily operation of our one-bedroom senior apartment community while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the property Perform light handiwork and property upkeep as needed (e.g. basic plumbing, minor repairs, painting, landscaping) Handle resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner Coordinate with vendors and service providers Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property Monitor building systems and common areas Requirements: Prior experience in property management or maintenance (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to perform physical tasks and lift 40–50 pounds Familiarity with senior housing or experience working with older adults is a plus Must live on-site or be willing to relocate This is an excellent opportunity to be a key part of a tight-knit, supportive community that values care and consistency.
