Share music or art business (mission district)

I have this great space with a huge storefront window, high ceilings and Victorian adornments in the heart of the trendy Mission District. I currently have a guitar shop there. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment behind the shop where I live. I currently have a lot of stuff but would put a lot of it in strorage,, if I had the right person. The lease says it is for a music related business. You could sell records,musical instruments,give lessons, have an art gallery or clothing with a musical flair. Be creative/ remodel The pics are of the guitar showroom and the office/living room behind it. Most of my business is online sales. Rent is 2,500 or best offer for the right person. 3,000 if you want to live in one of the furnished bedrooms. I have a full bathroom kitchen and patio.
