Pet pups need a new forever home (oakland east)

My son's friend brought this 2 sisters by because he was in the process of moving but he hasn't come back to get them and it's been over 3 months. He stopped talking my son's calls. I just want them to go to a new loving home. I have my own dog and chickens which they've been around. Small rehoming fee.
