A Team Uniform and Apparel Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks within the apparel production and distribution process. Inventory Management: * Track and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods. * Ensure stock is organized and properly stored. * Perform regular stock audits to reconcile inventory with sales and orders. * Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements (receiving, transfers, shipping). 2. Shipping & Receiving: * Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of products and materials. * Prepare and package products for delivery to clients or stores. * Ensure shipments are sent on time and meet customer or project requirements. * Track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and address any delays or issues with delivery. 3. Quality Control: * Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from quality standards. * Collaborate with the production and design team to resolve any quality issues or rework requirements. * Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations for quality. 4. Vendor and Supplier Coordination: * Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place orders for materials, fabrics, and apparel products. * Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. * Maintain relationships with suppliers and address any supply chain issues or production delays. 5. Order Fulfillment: * Ensure that customer orders, both bulk and retail, are fulfilled accurately and on time. * Process online orders, including packing and shipping. * Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies. * Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve any order-related issues. 6. Production Support: * Assist in scheduling and coordinating production timelines to meet project deadlines. * Help ensure production processes are running efficiently and any logistical problems are resolved quickly. * Collaborate with production teams to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. 7. Data Entry and Reporting: * Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using inventory management software or spreadsheets. * Provide regular reports on inventory status, shipping timelines, and production progress. * Track and report on key performance metrics, such as shipping accuracy, inventory turnover, and supplier performance. 8. Operational Process Improvement: * Identify inefficiencies in the apparel production and distribution process and suggest improvements. * Help streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize the supply chain. 9. Customer Service and Support: * Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with product quality and delivery timelines. * Address any operational issues that impact customer experience.
