FOUND : ORANGE MALE CAT (San Francisco)

He's really fat and docile. I found him screaming in an ally near Front St in the financial district. He was really stressed out. There was an open cat carrier nearby. I really hope he wasn't abandoned. I'm taking him in for now and I'm going to take him to get scanned for chips tomorrow. I have a small apartment and tight work schedule but I don't mind taking care of him. He's really sweet albiet stressed out and lethargic. If you have any information or just helpful advice I would appreciate it.
