Family Law Paralegal (Washington State – Remote/Hybrid)

We are a Washington-based law firm focused on family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and protection orders. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in Washington family law and proficiency using MyPleadings software. This job is fully remote and requires access to a computer and stable internet. Must have experience in Cowlitz, and Clark County. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, declarations, and family law motions using MyPleadings Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and requests for production Maintain and organize case files and client documents Communicate with clients regarding case status and required information File documents electronically via Washington Courts' systems (LINX, Odyssey, etc.) Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in Washington family law Strong working knowledge of Washington family law forms and procedures Proficient in MyPleadings or able to quickly adapt to it Familiarity with local court rules and e-filing systems in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and/or Cowlitz counties Excellent written communication and attention to detail Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases Preferred: Paralegal certification or formal training Experience with Clio, or similar case management systems To Apply: Please send a brief cover letter, resume, and a sample of your drafting work.
