Plaintiffs law firm looking for associate attorney to manage and handle employment matters. Both litigation and pre-litigation. Competitive base salary with significant fee sharing. Can work remotely.

We are seeking an exceptional attorney to review and analyze documents received as discovery in a derivative litigation. Experience on similar types of large document reviews, comfort with online document review platforms, such as Relativity, and high attention to detail are required. The position is expected to last for a few months. The candidate will be expected to work remotely on a full-time basis. The rate for this position will be $46 per hour. Qualified candidates must be licensed, active, and in good standing in New York, California, or Delaware. You will be eligible for the firm’s benefits. You must be available to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and during normal business hours.

WWe are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our Petaluma office to assist in our growing caseload. This is a hybrid in office/remote position although you will be in the office more than you will be working remotely. Our litigation practice areas include, but are not limited to, construction defect, employment, real estate, general counsel services, probate, insurance defense, and general business. Experience in any of these fields is a plus but not necessarily required. We are looking for an attorney who likes to work hard, wants to learn and grow, and have a good time doing it. The ideal candidate has at least two to five years civil litigation experience. You should expect to handle a fast-paced litigation environment, including managing a complete case load, interacting with clients, writing reports, drafting motions, conducting discovery, preparing for trial, and preparing other legal documents. You will also be expected to take depositions and appear in court regularly. The firm environment is laid back and office attire is casual. Temporary Walnut Creek (Remote - must be onsite for initial training) Seeking a temporary Legal Contract Audit Assistant for a 5-month assignment to track responses, follow up and prepare audit letters and updates based on law firm fee agreements. Responsibilities: Coordinate audit letter responses, managing all correspondence and tracking/following-up with attorneys regarding pending audit letter responses to ensure timely completion and return to auditors Generate draft responses to audit letters based on internal templates and matter data for attorney review and finalization Maintain audit response logs and status trackers, ensuring accurate records of all open requests, due dates, and submissions Coordinate with auditors and clients to confirm deadlines, preferred formats, and delivery instructions Verify and update contact information for auditors and firm attorneys Compile supporting documentation (engagement letters, matter lists, attorney statements) Provide administrative support during peak audit seasons, (file organization, email monitoring, scheduling) Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intapp Open, and iManage is needed. Must be able to understand, analyze, interpret, and prepare reports and converse with lawyers. Critical thinking and analytical skills with an aptitude for accuracy. Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, while working independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to exercise appropriate judgment regarding sensitive confidential matters. Hours are 9am-5:30pm (40-hour week) Pay range is $23-$26 hourly
