Maintenance Technician – Full-Time – San Francisco, CA The Housing Guild Management Co. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: General maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC Responding to service requests and work orders Preparing vacant units for new residents Property inspections and safety issue resolution Preventative maintenance and special projects Assisting our Project Manager Participating in on-call rotation for emergency repairs WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required) Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8-hour shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, proactive attitude Bonus: Truck or SUV for tools/materials ABOUT THE HOUSING GUILD: We manage a unique portfolio of residential properties throughout San Francisco, ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit buildings.
