Are you a certified Pilates instructor looking for a flexible, supportive studio environment to grow your practice? We're seeking a passionate and reliable Independent Contractor to join our boutique Pilates studio and help us support a growing community of clients who value mindful movement and strength from the inside out. About Us: Our studio is a welcoming space that emphasizes personalized instruction, community, and a calm, client-centered atmosphere. We offer a mix of private sessions, duets, and small group classes, focusing on high-quality instruction and authentic connection. Role Overview: As an independent contractor, you’ll have the opportunity to: Rent space hourly for private and/or small group Pilates sessions (equipment and/or mat, based on your strengths). Manage your own schedule within studio availability. Build your own client base with room to grow. Operate autonomously while collaborating with other movement professionals. Ideal Candidate: Certified in Pilates (equipment and/or mat), with at least 1 year of teaching experience preferred. ​Has a client base already established Professional, punctual, and excellent with client communication. Comfortable working independently and managing your own clientele​ Compensation: Access to studio space for teaching and limited personal use. Opportunities for growth, referrals, and workshops.
