PERSONAL TRAINERS! If you focus on recovery from injuries, the senior population, and independent body weight resistance then this may be your opportunity to achieve your goals as a trainer while you help others achieve theirs. We are looking for a trainer who will be dedicated to our awesome community of members who are focused on functionality, a fun and positive environment, and achieving much better health. We are real down-to-earth trainers that teach our clients good form, acknowledge their limits yet slowly guide beyond them, and respect each persons attitude and limitations. Most of our clients are 30 and beyond and not concerned about their 6-pack or pecks as much as they are about functionality, feeling strong, living actively, and their physical future. If you fit this way of work, then come talk to us! PLEASE READ OUR POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE SURE YOU FIT BEFORE APPLYING. ABOUT THE POSITION: ~We require specific National Personal Training Certifications: (please provide yours) ~You are reliable, meaning you show up before your clients and are ready to work ~You are not on your phone while we or your clients are paying you ~Have a friendly, gentle, fun, and encouraging personality that shows that you truly care about your clients ~Clean up after yourself and your clients, respect the facility and equipment ~Are self motivated at building your clientele base. We will be able to provide some clientele, but you must take it beyond that. Your income is limitless, you can make as much as you are willing to within work hours. ~When representing our business, you are respectful of others' ideas, stay neutral with religious and personal beliefs, and do not voice your political opinions but are capable of listening to your clients' if they voice theirs. ~Are able to work hours that suit your clients within our business hours of 7am-7pm (for last client). ~You set marketing goals and are accountable in reaching them ~We believe it is a partnership so you will attend weekly meetings to provide your feedback, offer insights, ideas, problems, and solutions. GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTORS! Must be Nationally Certified: We need someone who can teach to music, can cue ahead of time, can motivate and excite the members, encourage member commraderie, plan their classes ahead of time (music to movements). Looking for the following formats: Mat Pilates (intermediate to advance), Senior Fitness, Tabata, Zumba, Ujam, Yoga, Hiit, Barre, Bootcamp, Kickboxing (we also have 6 speedbags!), etc MANAGEMENT: We will be grooming someone for our combined management/personal trainer position, so if that is your goal then you should apply!! DON'T APPLY IF.... We don't want to waste anyone's time, so if you are a body builder, boxer, hard core (Cross Fit) type trainer you will not fit. Also, we are looking for someone long term so if you plan on short term please don't apply because our clients want your long term commitment.
