I need an architect to develop the plans and help supply the city with all the information they need to approve a building permit for an ADU. For an attached unit with minimal structural changes and no addition to the square footage. This is for the city of American Canyon.

Perform structural calculations for permitting and client review. Perform field investigations of existing conditions. Develop project scope and service fee estimation as necessary, attend meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to set deadlines, keep communication lines open, coordinate with inside team to accomplish project timelines.
