We are located in West Oakland on the Emeryville boarder, close to bus lines, a short drive to the Bay Bridge entrance. West Oakland Bart, grocery stores, malls, movie theaters, bars, restaurants, and hospitals are a short bus ride. We are also close to the Emeryville Marina. The cottage is located in the back yard of the main house. We are a community but respect each other's space. The yard is shared with the tenants in the main house. Laundry room is available at no extra charge. All bills included. High-speed Internet hardwired directly to the Cottage. Kitchen comes with three-quarter size fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and full-size sink. Bathroom comes with vanity, and extractor fan. The cottage comes with a desk, chair, and fold down Murphy bed (brand new mattress). The Murphy bed is a good space saver! This space is perfect for working travelers on a monthly basis, but we can accommodate a longer lease if desired. ONE PERSON ONLY / SOLO UNA PERSONA
