The Lucky Spot - Bartender (north beach / telegraph hill)

The Lucky Spot is looking for bartenders! We are accepting applications for persons interested in making cocktails and providing elevated hospitality experiences. The Lucky Spot is a new neighborhood cocktail bar located in North Beach. We are seeking fun, hospitality focused, and motivated people to build the opening team, and our reputation in the community. Responsibilities - Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service - Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently - Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy - Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary - Keep work relationships professional and courteous - Demonstrate attention to detail Qualifications - Preferred 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant or nightclub - Knowledge of various drink building techniques and styles - Demonstrate an ability to and maintain strong coworker relationships - Flexible evening availability - Able to take direction and follow-through on all reasonable requests from managers - Able to stand 8 hours - Able to lift 25 pounds Benefits - Hourly rate SF minimum + tips - Company sponsored medical/dental benefits are offered to all qualifying employees Highfield Hospitality is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
