Description

Established, 24 year old property company needs motivated area business manager to manage their local area real estate projects. You will be expected to take over and manage all existing projects and make offers on and close on new ones. Our system brings the deals and the funding to you and you make offers on and close or sell/trade those deals for profit. Owner is building network of area business managers across the country to find property for the parent company as well as themselves and sell or trade with other managers. Once the area is established, it is so lucrative that you should be able to retire in 3 to 5 years by selling your area either to us or to some other person or firm. Owner has worked closely with Daymond John from ABC’s “Shark Tank,” Tarek and Christina El Moussa from “Flip or Flop,” Robert Kiyosaki from "Rich Dad Real Estate", Than Merrill, “Star of A&E’s Flip This House,” Drew and Jonathon Scott, “The Property Brothers”, and a half dozen others. You will get a minimum of 5 deals year one from our system to manage/trade or sell and profit while helping us grow. This is in writing.
