About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence across the Central Valley and Bay Area. This high-impact, field-based position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll represent our brand with restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers—developing lasting partnerships while executing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage potential new clients within assigned territories.
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
Conduct client visits to present products, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account transitions.
Monitor and report on territory performance, key metrics, and competitive insights.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community functions to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
