Our research lab at the University of Pennsylvania is conducting several research studies on sleep, sleep problems, and their relationship to mental health. Good sleep is a foundation for health and well-being and we are trying to improve our understanding of these areas. You will: Complete several questionnaires Complete a daily sleep diary for a week Have your sleep monitored overnight at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania o two nights and one full day.
