GoToTags is experiencing rapid organic growth and is expanding our operations team. Play a key role executing our operational procedures to ensure we continuously deliver exceptional service to our customers. GoToTags is a software solutions provider connecting physical things to digital experiences. Additionally, GoToTags produces, customizes and ships physical tags and hardware products to customers worldwide. The GoToTags operations team manages inventory, fulfills orders, operates inbound and outbound logistics, completes customized encoding and printing as required by our customers, and performs quality assurance procedures throughout the processes. The office is clean, comfortable and secure. This role initially focuses on supporting the services team overall operational execution. Success will be defined by continuous, high quality and efficient delivery of allocated tasks. Growth will be continuous as the role takes on expanding responsibilities relating to order processing, encoding and printing with potential to learn other parts of the business. Responsibilities - Operate and maintain commercial label printers (thermal and color) - Operate, maintain and tinker with 3D printers, slicers and CAD software (Bambu Labs) - Encode RFID tags with automated robotics and manual encoding processes - Assemble and test robotics including wiring, soldering, PCB production (reflow ovens and hand soldering) - Light metal parts manufacturing (cutting, milling, drilling, polishing, …) - Assist in order processing by encoding, labelling, packaging, counting, and completing orders - eCommerce order production, fulfillment and shipping - Continually use and improve internal tools and processes - Other tasks as needed Skills and Experience - Reliability to work a regular, flexible schedule - Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, quality and accuray - Mechanically inclined; natural sense for how things work and how to fix them - Desire to learn commercial print process and graphic design - Desire to learn inbound and outbound fulfillment processes - Desire to learn inventory management processes - Strong listener, able to follow processes, and asks questions when appropriate - Strong time management skills; understands prioritization and changing tasks - Strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate, spelling, grammar, … - Experience with Microsoft Windows - Beginner with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Capable of using the Internet to figure things out for yourself - Able to learn new systems and processes quickly, execute processes diligently, and improve on existing processes - General business math, basic financial and analytical skills - Able to use AI tools (ChatGPT) to learn and augment your work - Able to lift 50 lbs - Proof of ability to work in USA - Fluent English Role - Hourly employee (Monday – Friday; ~40 hours per week) - $20 – $26 USD / hr depending on experience - Potential for health benefits and paid time off when move to full time - Four-week paid training and evaluation period - Work from Spokane, WA office Apply - Send an email with resume and an overview of yourself and why you are interested in the position to jobs@gototags.com
