Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and reports per agency and BACB standards. Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed. Travel locally for in-home visits (mileage reimbursed). Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Atlanta metro area. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Schedule & Compensation Part-time: Flexible scheduling (10–25 hours/week).
