Puyallup Valley Enhanced Residential Care, Inc is looking for team members Immediate Opening - Monday to Friday 8 hour shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM JOB TITLE: Housekeeper / Facility Aide SHIFT: Monday - Friday JOB SUMMARY: The housekeeper/aide is responsible for cleaning, designated common areas, laundry duties, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, assisting with laundry, supply preparation and cart readiness. Duties include assisting home health aides and kitchen staff with general duties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to manager Responsible for daily housekeeping assigned tasks Works as a team player Computer literate Relate to residents in a courteous, understanding and cooperative manner Learn to know residents served; reporting behavior, physical, or emotional changes if resident appears off baseline, findings to nursing staff or administrator. Check daily cleaning schedule. QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFICATIONS: Enjoys working with special needs population. Is able to handle education and training graciously. Able to take correction maturely. Dependable. Well groomed. Fast learner. Enjoy housekeeping tasks. Flexible hours are available from 3pm-9pm Monday through Friday and/or Saturday or Sunday during the school year, depending on your scheduling needs. Tutors can typically expect between two and ten hours of tutoring per week. This position would start immediately pursuant to a successful background check and references provided.
