We’re a high-volume apparel printing company looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Production Specialist to bridge the gap between customer service and production art. If you’re organized, like working with both people and design files, and don’t mind juggling a few hats, this might be for you. What You’ll Do Customer Service / Order Support (30%) Act as the go-to liaison between our office and the production floor Help customers with proofs, orders, questions, and job status. Spot and solve problems when artwork or decoration doesn’t fit a fabric Close out client issues and assist with reporting customer satisfaction Backup support for the office manager Production Artist (60%) Create accurate client art proofs, film, and production-ready layouts. Ensure all files meet client standards and production requirements. Troubleshoot design accuracy during printing/embroidery stages Prep and preflight artwork for efficient production Communicate with clients and production teams to hit deadlines. Suggest and implement process improvements. Accurately and efficiently performs cutting jobs by understanding the part drawing, or job instructions, cutting the parts and performing inspections. independently executes all setups and has a complete understanding of the machine control and can perform basic programming. .
