We don’t just sell home improvement; we sell and deliver a world-class experience to our customers. Role Run pre-scheduled in-home consultative appointments and align design, budget, and scope. Produce complete, executable sales orders—no follow-up needed for production. Manage expectations and document them clearly in the contract and scope-of-work details. Sell across decks, kitchens, baths, siding, windows, roofs, garages, and DADUs. You are willing and able to study any knowledge not currently held to accurately sell each product and service. What You Bring A proven track record: $2M+/yr closed or ≥35% close rate on qualified appointments at $30k+ AOV.
