Signature Plastering has been operating in southern California for over 20yrs providing custom stucco finishes to our clients. We are a high-end plastering Contractor in search of new individuals and small groups to join our team and help us bring quality workmanship to the community we serve. Qualifications - Ability to use basic hand and trade tools. - Ability to listen and follow instructions. - Must be physically able to handle the rigors of the job. - Minimum 2-years' experience in plastering. - Valid driver's license. - Reliable transportation to and from work. - Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Plaster Technicians will also work on interior and exterior stucco repairs on commercial and residential jobs, and their responsibilities are the following: mix scratch coat in the correct consistency and apply, mix brown coat to correct consistency and apply, mix stucco cement with color packs to apply custom color finishes using machine gun application or hand trowel technique. Also, will assist in setup of scaffolding on jobsite on a job-to-job basis. This job requires a lot of physical exertion. Examples: heavy lifting, standing on ladders and scaffolding while working, mixing materials using hand tools or mixer. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and leadership. Someone who has good attention to detail, is capable of working with others, and with help us delivery excellent service to our client's satisfaction.
